No offense to the true recipe of "Bacalhau com Natas", this is just my way of doing it. 'm No matter when understood in this respect the kitchen ... I'm no cook "pro" ... I am not a person who cooks as tradition goblenko dictates ... nor someone who makes innovations goblenko in the kitchen to let anyone mouth open ... Unfortunately I am nothing of it .. I'm just a person who loves to cook, because more than cooking, love eating ... Only a few years (4 +/-) is that by the time I got real taste spent in the kitchen ... But although I like to cook and to feel good in between dishes and pans, like making practical, simple and quick meals ... do not really like recipes goblenko that require many steps in its preparation, nor that they have requirements of accurate temperatures, or certain penalty minutes with fail ... much less that contain "strange" and hard to find ingredients ... Anyway ... I like cooking but I love eating even is, and seeing others eat with satisfying meals I cook with love ... And then there's the other side ... like sharing ... like the feedback ... and I love when someone visits this corner and then tells me the following "religiously" and who likes to try the suggestions that I leave ... even if they are half a dozen people who do or even less than that, I know there are some, and I know that these make me happy with your words ... my THANK YOU. A very special request from someone (yes really you sis), I leave here the way I do my cod with cream ... Each has its own way to do it, and here I have mine too, although not be odd and nothing like eating in every way! But for a simpler practical question for me, do it this way let down. So sis already can do here at home too:-) Ingredients: (for 2 people (large stomach)) 2 slices of cod soaked goblenko Milk qb qb potatoes diced (use the frozen cubes in "mainland" put half the pack ) 1 large onion Olive oil to taste 1 package cream Salt (not place) Grated cheese to taste Place the potatoes to fry, do the actifry to put the dose above 20 min. No need to stay pretty well fried. In a saucepan put the slices of cod and pour milk to cover folded bring to boil until cooked. Remove the slices and reserve the milk. Shred the cod in chips. goblenko Make a stew with onions and olive oil, until it is blonde. Add milk a little reserved cooking cod (usually spend all his wand from appearing pieces of onion). Add the cod and chips from the double cream, season with salt if you think necessary. goblenko Let boil and off (whenever I think may be a little dry add a little of the reserved goblenko milk). Add the cod and chips mix. Place on a baking tray. Finally add the grated cheese and bake the gratin. Accompany with lettuce and tomato.

Goodnight Kristininha have some doubts in the ingredients. Would you assist me? Milk qb (which means QB?) Diced potatoes to taste (I use the frozen cubes in "mainland" put half the pack) In this case there are no potatoes here in Brazil, which would be the amount?) Olive oil to taste 1 package of cream (Natas, goblenko if I am not mistaken, here in Brazil would be the same as cream not ???) Grated cheese to taste (not too salty is ??? could substitute another cheese ??? I wondered if QB would suffice as, but for me, I've never done this recipe, I'll be totally lost. Milk qb singnifica: milk as baste. Depends on the amount of ingredients that is cooking, it is a matter of adjusting the quantities. The quantity of potatoes is exactly the same as the milk and the remaining ingredients, depends to quatas people are cooking. The potatoes need not be bought ready-to cook, you can always peel and cut into cubes, as you prefer. Olive oil to taste - olive oil baste as (required) Natas, I believe it is the cream they call here in Brazil is only salty cheese ralado- if cheese is salty ... use the type of cheese you like best: mozarella, Emmenthal, Parmesan, etc.. I can not give the quantitative
