For some time I wanted to make a cake of crepes. Now in the summer, especially during the hottest days, are a great alternative to not having steba sous vide to turn on the oven. In this case, I chose to use a bit of lemon curd that still was left, was a super fresh dessert ... delicious !!!
Ingredients (6 persons): steba sous vide 12 tablespoons steba sous vide of lemon curd, 200 ml of whipping cream Continent, crepes prepared for White Snow, Spike Oil, Spray Oil Spike. PREPARATION (35 minutes): To prepare crepes, follow the instructions on the packaging of prepared; Make the crepes by placing the bottom of the frying pan / crepe maker spike oil spray (the mass yielded about 10 crepes); Whisk the cream until stiff; Mixing cream with lemon curd; To assemble the cake, spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture of cream and curd in each crepe and switch between crepe and filling; In the last layer does not put stuffing; Lead to better fridge to solidify (about 3 hours). NOTE: sweet tooth, can make more filling and place 3-4 tablespoons between layers of crepes.
