Ingredients: (for about 10 servings) 70g of full cream milk 30g 50g parmesan (more or less depending on your taste and parmesan that you buy, because it will be more or less strong) 4 10 dried tomatoes capers 10 small leaves basil Paprika
At serving time, (or in advance), prepare 10 basil leaves, capers and sundried tomatoes cut into 10 small pieces. Garnish with small spoons or other molds parmesan foam. Garnish with basil, capers, dried tomatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
