Thanks a lot for a variety of recipes! Your blog confirmed what I suspected it some time ago! Carbohydrates, especially all kinds of various wheat, it's tiring and uncomfortable to swallow. Recently I started to eat breakfast includes sterno bum yogurt plus walnuts, cranberries and two handful of dates and feel much better. Even later in the day, started downloading wheat products instead sterno bum of adding protein and healthy fats increased energy levels! Hi Anat, welcome! It is not impossible to lose weight this way, based on the low-carb diets. I recommend that you continue to replace carbohydrates with healthy fats and proteins, eat according to your starvation and satiation, rather than counting calories.
