PULMONARY GAS EXCHANGE BETWEEN BLOOD WITH AIR: The lung airway carbon dioxide in the blood to be withdrawn from the bloodstream the oxygen into the lungs and akçiğerldr takes place in accordance with the physical laws completely. In order to understand the gas exchange sterno fuel between blood and air in the lungs, we need to remember the following laws of physics.
Dalton's law: the pressure in a gas mixture, the mixture is equal to the sum of the individual pressure of the forming gas. Each gas has its own pressure, it is called the partial pressure of the gas in the gas mixture sterno fuel that is independent of the partial pressure of other gases in the gas mixture. In fact, sea level, O degrees Celsius at atmospheric pressure, sterno fuel air pressure, in other words 760 mm / Hg (mercury) sterno fuel d. Air, oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2) and water vapor (H2O), we consider that the gas, the gas of a total of 760 mm / mercury pressure to create the Henry's law: the amount dissolved sterno fuel in the liquid of any gas, then with the pressure of the gas is proportional to the right.
Shot into the air sacs of the lungs oksijeninparsiyelbasıncıloo mm / mercury, were carbo-oxide on the 40 ram / is mercury. The pressure of the oxygen in the blood from the lungs to clear 40 mm / cıva'yk, carbon dioxide was 46 mm / mercury. Carbon dioxide pressure in the blood is greater than in air-pressure of carbon dioxide in the carbon sterno fuel dioxide kesecikl, from high pressure to lower pressure, i.e., the blood will be displaced towards the air sacs. Cleaning the contaminated blood from the lungs to the oxygen sterno fuel pressure of 40 mm / while mercury, partial pressure of oxygen until vesicles 100 mm / mercury by that oxygen, air
the air sacs in the blood will change the right place. Thus cleaned from carbon dioxide and enriched in the direction of .oksij blood, pulmonary valve is moved to the left heart through veins. sterno fuel Cleaned up in the lungs and the left heart is formed by the oxygen in the blood of 95 mm / mercury, and carbon dioxide pressure of 40 mm / CVA. Clean blood is then pumped into the systemic circulation by left heart. Consequently, oxygen is necessary for the life of blood cells around the body while they sent to the tissue level, the result of chemical reactions produced by these cells is the carbon dioxide. It comes back to the lungs through the right heart to throw away from the body.
Reaching the tissue arterial blood, for the use of cells carried by the releasing part of the oxygen accumulated around a portion of the carbon dioxide also connect to it. Thus re-contaminated blood. This again comes into the right heart through the blood veins and lungs to be cleaned again from there. sterno fuel The level of tissue oxygen sterno fuel pressure of the blood is contaminated 40 mm / mercury falls, carbon dioxide pressure sterno fuel of 46 mm / mercury rises.
